 Parking etc at Gloucester

When visiting Gloucester Airport, if intending to visit the Jet Age Museum, I understand that you would take taxiway R. Is there plenty of aircraft parking in that area?

I assume the Tower gives directions to it and permission to enter runway 09/27 in order to get there?

If parking over there, how do you go about sorting out landing fees?

When leaving, if runway 22 or runway 27 is in use, I assume it is necessary to taxi all the way around the airfield? (under Tower's directions).

Alternatively, is it better to park in the main airport area in the south east corner of the airfield and if so, is there any way then to get to the JAM?
